recipe: mini Bundt skull cakes (rainbow surprise inside)

So excited to share these rainbow surprise inside mini Bundt cakes that are in the form of skulls. I wanted to create something more whimsical than scary so this bubblegum skull idea was born! ✨ BUNDT CAKES

½ C room temperature butter (113.5 grams)

1 ½ C sugar

4 eggs

1 TBS extract

1 ½ C all-purpose flour

¼ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2/3 C sour cream

✨ GLAZE

6 TBS meringue powder

1/2 C room temperature water

8 C powdered sugar

1/2 C hot water
